As a Service Crew member, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience with our delicious baked goods and quality beverages.
This part-time position requires you to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and service while operating in a busy retail environment. You'll be responsible for assisting customers, preparing orders, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring our products are presented beautifully. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selections and inquiries
- Prepare and serve baked goods, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash register procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and customer spaces
- Stock shelves and display cases with fresh products throughout the day
- Assist in inventory management and report any discrepancies to management
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

- Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
