Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
- Present menus and describe daily specials and ingredients to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring temperature and presentation standards.
- Clean and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
- Handle cash payments and process digital transactions accurately.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
- Strong teamwork and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items.
