In this position, you will be the bridge between aesthetic vision and functional retail strategy. We are looking for a creative professional who understands how to guide a customer's journey, create emotional connections, and drive sales through compelling spatial design. You will be responsible for crafting spaces that are not only visually stunning but also highly effective in communicating our brand values to a diverse audience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design innovative showroom layouts that maximize customer engagement and drive sales.
- Create high-fidelity 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop detailed floor plans, spatial diagrams, and furniture layouts for retail environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all design specifications align with business objectives and brand identity.
- Conduct site visits and analyze customer flow to continuously optimize the retail experience.
- Select and specify materials, fixtures, and furniture that align perfectly with the brand's aesthetic direction.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and adapt concepts based on constructive feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field of study.
- Proven experience in showroom design, retail architecture, or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail, spatial arrangement, and modern design trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale clearly.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and retail psychology.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
