Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Manage project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records
- Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance throughout construction phases
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and address client concerns promptly
- Supervise on-site personnel to maintain productivity and work quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and design plans
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make timely decisions
- Certification in project management or safety protocols preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication abilities
