Join Bain & Company as a Specialist, APAC Finance and become part of a global leader in management consulting. We are seeking a finance professional with strong expertise in general accounting, preferably within a captive/shared services environment, to support our Asia Pacific operations.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across the APAC region. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights that drive business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee general accounting operations for APAC region, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Lead special financial projects, including system implementations and process improvements
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a multinational or captive/shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in SAP or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
- Proven experience in process improvement and implementing financial controls
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing finance teams
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one Asian language is highly desirable
