Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive and accurate assessments of patients' speech, language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on clinical findings.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and educators.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and provide home exercise programs.
- Maintain precise and confidential clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and professional development workshops to stay updated on industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid registration or license to practice as a Speech Therapist (e.g., SLA, SPAA) in Singapore.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to different clinical environments and schedules.
