We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at IBEX Global Solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PSAS) and relevant tax regulations.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business planning.
- Review and approve journal entries, general ledger transactions, and expense reports.
- Collaborate effectively with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in senior accounting roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Philippine GAAP and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
