Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records for raw materials in warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity
- Process and document incoming/outgoing material transactions with precision
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for production planning and procurement
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to align stock levels with demand forecasts
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rotation protocols for material handling
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse administrative processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse administration or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes and material handling
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across production and logistics teams
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
