Tanggung Jawab
- Manage international shipping operations and coordinate with overseas partners
- Handle export documentation including customs clearance, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, timelines, and any potential issues
- Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, transportation, and accounting
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any delivery delays or problems
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and communications
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve export processes and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in export logistics
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade compliance
