Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes or abnormalities to the attending physician.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, medications, and treatment outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families, fostering a healing and comfortable environment.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (SWM/SPM) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform basic life support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
