Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and monitor patient vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide wound care and basic bedside nursing care.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for home care patients.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and health maintenance.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and external agencies to ensure continuity of care.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Singapore BNM registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in Home Care or Community Health.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compassionate nature with a patient-centered approach.
