Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Perform cannulation and other nursing procedures with precision
- Document patient observations and care activities in medical records
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board with valid Annual Practicing License (APC)
- Proven cannulation skills and ability to perform venipuncture
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Compassionate approach with strong patient-centered focus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
