Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents in a nursing home setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and health conditions, documenting observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid license to practice in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric or long-term care
- CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
