Ltd. is currently looking for a qualified Staff Nurse (OT Scrub) to join our dynamic medical team in Singapore River. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in surgical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing the operating theatre environment and ensuring all surgical instruments are sterile and ready for use. You will work closely with surgeons and nursing staff to facilitate smooth procedures. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $3,500 to $5,000 per month, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced scrub nurses to advance their career in Singapore's thriving medical industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment within the Operating Theatre (OT).
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments and sterile supplies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout the operation.
- Handle, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to strict protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and nursing staff to ensure seamless coordination.
- Document surgical procedures and patient care details accurately in medical records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control measures, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Specialization or significant experience as a Scrub Nurse in an Operating Theatre setting.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical procedures, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and safety.
- Relevant certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred.
