Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Assess residents' physical and emotional health status and report any changes to the nursing supervisor immediately.
- Implement and document individualized care plans tailored to residents' specific medical and personal needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment to prevent infections and ensure resident safety.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated care.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their quality of life and mental well-being.
- Ensure all medical records and incident reports are accurately completed and up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Enrolled Nurse (REN) license in Singapore.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential care, geriatric nursing, or a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with elderly residents and their families.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and patient-centered approach to care.
