Tanggung Jawab
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) through the Accurate system
- Research and evaluate suppliers to find the best value for quality products
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of essential supplies
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to understand procurement needs
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems, particularly Accurate
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier options
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
