Mynews is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Audit professional to join our team. In this key position, you will serve as the guardian of our retail operations, ensuring that every outlet meets our strict compliance standards and delivers a superior customer experience. You will travel to various locations to conduct rigorous inspections, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvements across the network.

As a Store Auditor, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and on-ground execution. Your work will ensure that inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and service protocols are consistently upheld. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who can translate audit findings into actionable insights for store management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular physical audits of Mynews retail outlets to verify compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
  • Review inventory levels, stock accuracy, and pricing consistency to minimize discrepancies.
  • Assess store cleanliness, visual merchandising displays, and overall customer experience environments.
  • Identify operational gaps, procedural inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within retail operations.
  • Document audit findings in detailed reports and track the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with store managers to resolve issues and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Report on audit trends and provide recommendations to regional management for strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail auditing, store operations, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot discrepancies quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to report findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to multiple store locations within the region as required.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting.
