Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the lifecycle of organizational knowledge, including creation, storage, and retrieval.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices in knowledge management.
- Manage and update internal databases, wikis, and content management systems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess information needs and provide tailored solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Library Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least one to three (1-3) years of relevant experience in knowledge management or strategic planning.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism suitable for a government institution.
