We are inviting dynamic individuals to apply for the position of Strategy and Knowledge Management Specialist II at the Land Bank of the Philippines. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive knowledge management frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of knowledge assets, ensuring accurate classification, storage, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify critical knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Facilitate the creation and dissemination of best practices, institutional insights, and policy guidelines.
- Manage and update internal databases, knowledge repositories, and intranet content to ensure information currency.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in knowledge management tools and methodologies.
- Monitor industry trends in knowledge management to recommend process improvements and innovative technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Library and Information Science, or a related field.
- At least three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven experience in managing knowledge assets, content management systems, or organizational learning programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) eligibility or willingness to take the exam.
- Familiarity with government procedures and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
