We are seeking a highly accomplished Subject Matter Expert in Accounting to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical authority for our P2P (Procure to Pay) and ERP systems. You will be responsible for driving significant process improvements, optimizing financial workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. As an SME, you will not only resolve complex operational issues but also act as a mentor, training staff on best practices and system functionalities. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and IT teams will be essential in implementing sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the optimization and automation of the P2P cycle and ERP processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex accounting inquiries and system troubleshooting.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for finance and operations staff on system updates and financial procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Perform regular audits of financial records and system configurations to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting and procurement functions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, specifically within P2P and ERP environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Proven experience in process improvement, system implementation, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies and manage stakeholder expectations.
