Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete factory sales process end-to-end
- Verify purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Handle invoice generation, submission, and payment tracking
- Supervise shipping documentation and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, production, logistics) for smooth operations
- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance analysis reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision or operations management
- Proven track record in order processing and invoice management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and sales management software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business English
- Knowledge of Tangerang/Banten market preferred
