Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (VAT, income tax, local taxes) within statutory deadlines
- Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on tax obligations and corporate reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations and inquiries
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for tax compliance processes
- Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring regulatory adherence
- Develop comprehensive compliance documentation and training programs for finance teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of progressive tax compliance experience in multinational corporations
- Deep expertise in Philippine tax code, BIR regulations, and statutory reporting
- Proficiency in tax software (SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across departments
