You will assist in the end-to-end process of tax filing, maintain accurate client records, and support the tax department with year-end reviews. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and filing of personal and corporate tax returns in accordance with Malaysian tax laws.
- Prepare detailed tax schedules, reconciliation statements, and computation sheets for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client tax records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and tax authorities to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the senior tax team with year-end tax planning, audit preparation, and compliance checks.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to strict filing deadlines.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the accounting department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Malaysian tax regulations, filing procedures, and tax codes.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
