Mutuagung Lestari is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's tax administration and ensuring full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations in Indonesia. We are looking for a professional who can handle complex tax filings, maintain accurate records, and support the company's financial integrity. You will work closely with the accounting department to prepare monthly and annual tax reports, handle withholding tax (PPh 21) and value-added tax (PPN) filings, and assist in tax audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily tax administration tasks and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and national tax regulations and government policies.
- Prepare and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, including PPh 21 and PPN.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of tax schedules and reconciliation of tax accounts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax inspections.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal processes accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in tax administration or general accounting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., UU PPh, UU HPP) and tax reporting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
