- Develop and implement comprehensive TikTok affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing TikTok creators and influencers for strategic partnerships
- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns including content briefs, contract negotiations, and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign data (CTR, conversion rates, GMV) to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor TikTok platform updates and algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively
- Maintain creator relationships and foster long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 2+ years affiliate marketing experience
- Proven track record managing TikTok creator/influencer partnerships with measurable results
- Expertise in TikTok's affiliate programs, creator economy, and content monetization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CreatorIQ)
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for managing creator relationships
- Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, trends, and algorithm mechanics
- Campaign management experience with demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs
