Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees using digital and manual systems
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly time sheets for payroll processing
  • Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and coordinate with HR for corrections
  • Assist in reconciling time records with project budgets and labor reports
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company attendance regulations
  • Generate attendance reports and analytics for management review
  • Collaborate with accounting and HR departments for seamless payroll integration

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll processing
  • Proficiency in timekeeping software and MS Office applications (Excel essential)
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations on working hours
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
