Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees using digital and manual systems
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly time sheets for payroll processing
- Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and coordinate with HR for corrections
- Assist in reconciling time records with project budgets and labor reports
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company attendance regulations
- Generate attendance reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with accounting and HR departments for seamless payroll integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll processing
- Proficiency in timekeeping software and MS Office applications (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations on working hours
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
