Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and monitor community extension programs aligned with the university's strategic goals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports for extension projects.
- Liaise with local government units, community leaders, and other stakeholders to identify needs and foster partnerships.
- Document project outcomes, success stories, and impact assessments for internal and external reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with Civil Service Commission regulations and university policies.
- Coordinate training workshops and seminars for community beneficiaries.
- Analyze program data to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement process and inventory management for extension activities.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) eligibility (CS11 or higher) is mandatory.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative management.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- Knowledge of extension work and community development principles is an advantage.
