Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to make an impact in the real estate technology sector? RealPage Philippines is seeking a skilled Billing Analyst III to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, overseeing complex billing operations, pre-billing schedules, and financial audits to ensure total accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in maintaining our billing systems and driving financial excellence within the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire billing lifecycle, including complex billing cycles and pre-billing schedules.
- Conduct thorough monthly and quarterly audits to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and resolve complex account issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes and improve system efficiency.
- Maintain and update billing system documentation and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP and internal compliance standards.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounting, or auditing, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong working knowledge of RealPage software or similar property management systems is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with US billing standards and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
