Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions for US clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and trial balances
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with US tax regulations
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with US clientele
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
