Join USER Experience Researchers as a UX Researcher and Service Designer and make a significant impact on how users interact with digital products. - Conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Analyze research findings and synthesize insights to inform design decisions and strategy
- Lead the end-to-end service design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are user-centered and technically feasible
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and services
- Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders and team members, articulating the value and rationale behind design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research and service design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX research and service design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership
- Strong proficiency in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
- Expertise in service design tools and techniques, such as journey mapping, service blueprints, and stakeholder workshops
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and research insights clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex design challenges
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
