As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing key financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), multi-currency reconciliations, and payroll processing. If you have a strong background in accounting software and possess at least 5 years of experience, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position ideal for a proactive individual ready to drive financial processes in a remote setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, approval workflows, and vendor management.
- Perform accurate multi-currency bank reconciliations using Xero to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees via Xero, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Utilize Cin7 for inventory management and integrate financial data to support purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software and payroll processing.
- Experience with Cin7 inventory management system is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of multi-currency accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote WFH environment.
