- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering inquiries
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process cash, card, and mobile payments
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle basic food preparation and maintain food safety standards
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
