Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow portfolio of business clients through strategic account planning and regular engagement
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and penetrating untapped market segments
- Design and implement customized logistics solutions to meet specific client requirements
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve quarterly/annual targets
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitive advantages and emerging trends
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience in logistics/express delivery preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
