Dreamland Jogja Outdoor Playground is seeking an experienced and energetic Area Leader to oversee the operational excellence of our vibrant recreational facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of daily activities, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable experience. You will act as the bridge between the management team and the operational staff, fostering a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of service quality.
As an Area Leader, you will lead a diverse team of staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance and achieve daily targets. Your role involves critical decision-making regarding resource allocation, safety protocols, and customer relationship management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the playground, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for management, providing regular operational updates and performance reports.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve complaints and enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate inventory management and resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to improve staff skills and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the retail or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints professionally and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Knowledge of operational management, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
