Tulua Nail Spa & Café is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee our expanding network of 8 branches. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of 8 branches to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise branch managers and staff to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
- Manage branch budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate marketing activities and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales across all branches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple locations simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and sales data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and time management.
- Willingness to travel between branches and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
