Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in both Singapore and Batam.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure operational excellence and high morale.
- Provide expert technical support and product demonstrations to clients regarding welding and cutting equipment.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base within the industrial fabrication sector.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure product availability, inventory management, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and positioning.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and major accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the industrial, manufacturing, or welding industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, cutting machinery, and related safety equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Batam.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and driving business growth.
