Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Makassar region.
- Identify, acquire, and cultivate relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the local market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
