- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Medan region
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in North Sumatra
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in the Medan region
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the North Sumatra market and business environment
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
