K-Logistikus is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor to lead our sales operations in the Visayas region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the sales team in Cebu to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Visayas region.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to drive team development and improve individual sales metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management to track progress and forecast future needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the logistics or supply chain industry is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research effectively.
- Fluent in English and Visayan (Cebuano), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
