Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Semarang region
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of sales supervisory experience in retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
