Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Bar Manager in the daily operations, ensuring efficient service during peak hours.
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering stock, and managing waste to maximize profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards and morale.
- Create and update seasonal cocktail menus and promotional events to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits with a passion for beverage trends.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant hospitality certifications are an added advantage.
