You will manage a diverse team, control inventory levels, and ensure that all services meet the strictest hygiene and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the food court to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize waste to control costs effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including daily sales reports and profit margin analysis.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food court, retail, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent hygiene certification is required.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Available to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
