- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail team members through effective coaching and training
- Implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and achieve commercial targets
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure proper merchandise presentation
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retail strategies with brand objectives
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or assistant management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
