Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and train front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor dining room operations, address customer concerns promptly, and maintain ambiance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu execution, specials promotions, and waste reduction
- Implement health and safety protocols while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to sales growth through upselling strategies and customer relationship building
- Assist in financial reporting including payroll, cost controls, and budget adherence
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant staff
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management software
