Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise retail sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for counters and outlets in alignment with brand objectives
- Coordinate inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Monitor sales performance through KPI tracking and generate actionable reports
- Enforce operational standards across all touchpoints for consistent customer experience
- Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams for product promotions and launches
- Identify sales opportunities and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales leadership or supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
