Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs through effective team leadership and product knowledge
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper display of merchandise
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and scheduling of store staff
- Implement and maintain loss prevention and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or assistant store management role
- Previous experience with premium or sportswear brands is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
