Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs through effective team leadership and product knowledge
  • Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper display of merchandise
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and scheduling of store staff
  • Implement and maintain loss prevention and security protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or assistant store management role
  • Previous experience with premium or sportswear brands is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
