Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain store safety standards and security protocols.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend strategies for business improvement.
- Assist the Store Manager in all administrative duties and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
