- Develop and execute commercial excellence strategies for Own Brands to drive 15-20% annual sales growth
- Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align commercial initiatives with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Implement sales force effectiveness programs including training, incentive structures, and performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional commercial projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide executive-level insights through commercial analytics and market performance dashboards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years commercial excellence experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in FMCG/retail with Own Brands/Private Label expertise
- Advanced proficiency in commercial analytics tools (SAP, Salesforce, Tableau)
