- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients in the technology sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at target organizations
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Present tailored solutions to prospective clients and negotiate win-win agreements
- Collaborate with product teams to understand client needs and customize offerings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, business development, or corporate account management experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets in tech/IT industry
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian (verbal/written)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
