Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct B2B prospecting and market research to identify new business opportunities
- Present customized flooring solutions to commercial clients (retail, offices, hospitality)
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements while maintaining profitability margins
- Manage existing client portfolios to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Track sales metrics and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with proven track record in field sales
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex commercial contracts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse client audiences
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Pasay City
